98% of our orders arrive on time before their provided deadline. While rare, unexpected carrier delays can occasionally occur once a package is in transit and may affect the final delivery date.

If no event deadline is provided, your order will follow our standard production queue and will ship within the current lead time displayed on the banner at the top of our website.

Ordering within 1–2 weeks of your deadline? We do our best to keep materials for our designs in stock to accommodate last-minute orders. However, on rare occasions, certain materials may not be immediately available. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and make sure we’re able to accommodate your deadline.

If your deadline can be accommodated, your order must be upgraded to Express Shipping to allow enough transit time before your event.

We offer multiple payment options at checkout, including interest free split payments. Available options will be shown at checkout and may also be listed in the product description.

If using one of our direct split payment options, your order will enter our production queue once an initial deposit is received. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

If your order is completed early or your deadline is approaching before your next scheduled payment, we will contact you to collect the remaining balance.

Yes! We offer customization and personalization on most of our sets, as well as fully custom designs.
