  • Items must be shipped back within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • All returned items must be in clean, unworn condition and unwashed.
  • Please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging.

Lost Package Policy

1. Tracking Information:

  • If the tracking number of your package has not been updated for various consecutive days, please contact us via email at info@shopdverano.com

2. Filing a Claim:

  • After contacting us, we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the postal service to locate your lost package.

3. Package Still Lost:

  • If, after filing a complaint with the postal service, the package is still not located, we will initiate the process to send you a new package. This will occur after 10 business days from the date of filing the complaint.

4. Package Scanned as "Delivered" in Error:

  • In the event that the package was mistakenly scanned as "delivered," but it has not reached you, we will replace the item(s). The replacement process will commence 10 business days after the postal service case has been officially closed.
